Second hand rollers – types of rollers

Rollers (second-hand) are very popular among young people, because they are a great tool for losing weight, spending active time, improving coordination of movements and improving health. What rollers do you ride? When choosing roller skates, you have two options: a classic quad bike or skates with two pairs of wheels. Such rollers (second hand) are often called quads from the English word quad skates. Or skates with one row of wheels in the middle, usually known as inline from the English inline skates. Both types of videos are popular in Ukraine. It should be noted that both quads and inline rollers are available second-hand. Many of the basics of skating are the same as on quads and inline skates. The most obvious difference between the skates is felt when braking. The stop with the help of quads is performed with the toe, but with inline rollers, the stop is performed on the heel.
